About the role
A Room Leader to provide outstanding customer service to families. Engage and collaborate with the other educators in your team and lead them to provide exceptional learning experiences for the children. Be confident in your in-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Standards. There may be opportunities for 2IC training/responsibilities.
- Room Leader; Nursery room
- 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri rotating roster
-Fixed term contract; 12/01/2016-12/04/2016 with possible extension
To be eligible – Hold a minimum Diploma in Childrens Services – Knowledge and experience in regards to documentation, observations and planning within the above framework – Be confident in working with key educator groups and have knowledge of child development to be able to have crucial conversations with families
