Eastern Health provides the largest range of public healthcare services for the communities of Melbournes east and outer-east.
Eastern Health operates from many different locations, our largest sites include; Angliss Hospital, Box Hill Hospital, Healesville and District Hospital, Maroondah Hospital, Peter James Centre, Turning Point Alcohol and Drug Centre, Wantirna Health, Yarra Ranges Health, Yarra Valley Community Health.
An opportunity exists at Medical Imaging Department, Box Hill Hospital for an enthusiastic Radiographer to work on weekends – afternoons on 5 hours shifts. The person will be mainly required to work from the Satellite Medical Imaging in the Emergency Department.
Role Description
The role of a Casual Radiographer will involve all aspects of general radiography, working with Digital Radiography and the opportunity to assist with the work flow with the multi slice C.T scanners.
Qualifications
Applicants must be eligible for accreditation with the Australian Institute of Radiography and be registered with the Medical Radiation Practise Board of Australia and hold a Victorian Radiation Use Licence.

Demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus and strive for excellence in patient care along with excellent communication skills. You should be willing to work as part of a team or autonomously when required and be able to prioritise work flow effectively under pressure.
