About the role
A true professional case management role which will implement and oversee a job seeker-centric case management model, focusing on moving job seekers into a job ready state and provide commercial outcomes by:
Clearly identifying and addressing barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready
Managing and establishing a rapport with a high volume caseloads of jobseekers
Applying professional case management skills
Applying professional group facilitation skills
Accurately referring any remedial measures required by third parties
Applying strong problem solving skills and resilience to achieve outcomes
About you:
Advanced case management; experienced in high volume case management
Strong understanding of factors which influence positive behavioural change (Trans-theoretical model of Change)
Advance group facilitation
Advance assessment skills
A strong ability to problem-solve and apply resilience via adjusting solutions as well as approach and communication at an individual client level
Demonstrated success in identifying barriers and ability to ascertain appropriate management strategies
Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs
Advanced communication skills, and experience in working with a diverse group of clients
Ability to work on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings when required
Flexible to work from other Employment Plus locations
