As a Fulfilment Manager, you collaborate with the store leadership team to manage a Dan Murphy’s store. You manage inventory and replenishment to ensure customers have what they need in stock and on show. This leadership role ensures our brand and stories are presented with passion and enthusiasm, and that customers are provided with a world class shopping experience every time they shop with us.
This is a full – time position. The successful applicant will need to be available to work a flexible roster, including weekends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Collaborate with store leadership team to efficiently manage the store
• Manage inventory routines, planograms, and timelines
• Identify and resolve issues that impact the success of the customer experience
• Maximise sales and profitability by soliciting, identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth
• Coach, train and motivate team to reach high performance benchmarks
• Accept a high degree of responsibility and accountability for others as well as yourself
• Build authentic and positive connections with customers and team
• Share your passion for our Pinnacle Liquor Brands and generate excitement about new products and promotions
• Use merchandising flair to create a visually appealing in-store theatre
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO MEET THE FOLLOWING SELECTION CRITERIA:
• Management or leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and general merchandising or inventory experience
• A track record of developing new ways to maximise sales and business goals
• Dynamic and high performance driven by success
• Passion and talent for delivering world-class customer experience
• High level of product knowledge across various liquor categories
• Initiative and demonstrate creativity in solving problems
• Energy and edge and willingness to embrace change in support of our ever-changing business
