Rapidly expanding across the Globe, we are looking to engage a Brand Strategy and Communications Manager to take the brand to the next level. Base at our Head Office you will conceive, develop and deliver a shopping experience for our funky KIDS stores which reflects the style of each season and trend demands of our customer and maximizes their experience and sales.
Your aim will be to work collaboratively with our KIDS Global Marketing Manager, VM Managers, Buying and Planning teams to build and position the Cotton On Kids brand internationally in accordance with our mission of being the dominant value fashion brand globally. Ultimately you will be responsible for creating the retail vision and marketing strategy that enables Cotton On Kids to reach budgeted sales targets.
The key focus of this role will be
*
Develop and execute annual creative and strategic marketing plan
*
Managed the Annual and Seasonal budget in accordance to the plan
*
Be conscious of competitive marketing trends and opportunities both locally and internationally
*
Be the face of Cotton On Kids, liaising with internal departments, external suppliers and media outlets
*
Managing external and internal communications and promotions at local store and community level
*
Maximize the impact of new store opening and promotions and new season launches
*
Develop and grow a high performing team
Having a great feel for retail and product marketing, you will make the customer your focus and great sales your aim. It doesnt stop there; youll also inspire and develop with your vibrant enthusiasm, passionate and ambitious team in a fast paced, dynamic environment. With the ability to identify business improvements and recommend suitable strategic solutions, coupled with energy and excitement, you will thrive, grow and make your mark one extraordinary project at a time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and qualified Marketing Professional with a passion for creativity and sound knowledge of consumer marketing; ideally you will be coming from within a similar industry.
