We’re looking for a business development professional to represent the Dream Consortium in Melbourne and across Victoria. We are an agile, fast moving, and dynamic professional services company dedicated to providing extraordinary value to our clients. This new role is for an inquisitive, energetic and results oriented sales professional. Initially you will be working closely with our Dream Grants Department supporting businesses through grants programs. Your focus will be on assisting clients in determining their grant eligibility. All grant related training will be provided.
You are a driven individual who enjoys working at an accelerated level, creating results through fast and effective action whilst at the same time believing in the motto – work hard, play hard. You have a substantial level of sales experience to expedite our future growth. You are the right fit if you are a creative problem solver who is eager to drive total client satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Generation of leads for the Dream Grants department
* Identifying and securing potential clients for the Dream Consortium
* Supporting business owners in determining their eligibility for grants
* Liaising and negotiating with our clients and partners
* Following up on leads generated by various marketing activities
* Servicing new business clients
* Upselling our services
* Advising customers on solutions best suited to their requirements
* Causing extraordinary outcomes
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE THRIVE IN THIS JOB:
* Sales experience (minimum of 12 months) in a direct sales role
* Exceptional track record in sales, preferably B2B
* Commitment to delivering extraordinary Customer Service
* Powerful interpersonal Communication Skills
* Highly motivated, outgoing and energetic personality
* A great attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for your work
* Capacity to manage yourself effectively
