Lead transformational change across sites, programs and professions Exciting leadership opportunity in allied health Support the Chief Allied Health Officer in key governance responsibilities To be successful in this role, you must be enthusiastic and driven to lead change across Monash Health’s Community & Allied Health program through Workforce, Innovation, Strategy, Education and Research (WISER). You will be involved in leading, managing and developing a team of advisors, project officers and support staff which strives for best practice and a culture of continuous improvement, where ideas and improvements are welcome and built on a foundation of collaborative working relationships. In addition, you will be responsible for rostering, promoting a safe working environment and the financial performance of your area. You will possess a strong understanding of professional governance, clinical education and project management. As an allied health professional, you must be currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency and/or eligible for membership for your professional association (as applicable). You also offer a post graduate qualification in education, research or management.
