Senior Risk Manager – Advisory – Risk Transformation
Our focus is assisting organisations to use risk to increase performance. We help clients identify and understand important risks, design smart management frameworks, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of risk related practices. As a risk transformation professional, you will be addressing client issues such as business performance variability and planning; governance, risk, strategy, regulatory and compliance improvement; cost and transformation of controls; governance, risk and control (GRC) technology enablement; and, risk based project and program management.
You will belong to an international network of specialists helping our clients transform risk functions and implement business change management and technology solutions that support sound risk management and good governance.
We will support you with career-long training and coaching to develop your skills across risk-related fields. About the Opportunity
In your role as a Risk Transformation Senior Manager you will:
Provide pragmatic advice to clients who are looking to drive value from their investment in risk management
Deliver risk framework reviews, design improvement strategies and deliver implementation support to some of Australia’s largest and most complex companies and public sector agencies
Manage relationships with executive stakeholders in commercial and government settings
Support project risk management in major change and capital development initiatives
Lead and manage a team of enthusiastic and talented professionals
About You
We are looking for people with the following experience:
Team leadership and management
Demonstrated experience in delivering risk management and/or consulting services
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Leading facilitation and presentation skills for groups of various sizes and seniority
