Project Manager – Corporate Services & Business Operations

Deliver business critical projects to significantly change the way Aconex currently runs many of its business systems and processes. As the Project Manager, this role will have the vision for what the end game looks like and will be able to develop and execute on the plans to move from the as-is to the desired future state.
With your proactive approach, this is a hands-on role that will be busy gathering requirements, conducting workshops, developing plans, liaising with vendors and co-ordinating a large cross-functional team to deliver the business outcomes.
Lead the planning, scoping and implementation of a variety of projects ensuring delivery against crucial milestones
Manage relationships with stakeholders including vendors and report on progress
Operate using Agile methodologies and initiate and participate in Post Implementation Reviews
Lead and provide direction and support to project team and cross functional staff executing the impacted business processes.
Support and improve work products (including templates & documentation).
Become the subject matter experts in our internal systems and contribute to ongoing process improvement and ensure high quality outcomes
Liaise closely with mission critical areas of the business including HR, Finance, Sales, Client Operations and Corporate IT to ensure that deliverables meet the needs of each department
Skills & Experience
Delivered large scale new system implementations across HR, Finance, Payroll and Sales
Effective at building working relationships with stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership experience, driving, coaching and mentoring a team
A natural communicator with the ability to influence and gain buy in and manage the change process internally
Strong detail orientation, quality work output and ability to manage time to meet deadlines
Work comfortably with all levels of management and be approachable to team members
Ideally experienced in large scale rollouts of HCM systems like Workday
