HP Software is currently recruiting for a Chief Technologist to work through HP’s business units – HP Enterprise Services, HP Technical Consulting Services across APJ.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting HP Enterprise on large bids, providing solution design support & costing’s for HP Software
Identifying HP Enterprise bids & projects that HP Software solutions can add value
Representing HP Software as a subject matter expert to HP Enterprise
Identifying customer requirements & how these can be fulfilled by HP Software based solutions
Develop & implement an enablement plan to increase the knowledge & awareness of HP Software within the HP Enterprise technical community
Creating solutions that creatively address customer value chain & business requirements based on HP Software components
Presenting & demonstrating the solutions highlighting their value to stakeholders at all levels
Communicating the value of the solution in terms of financial return & impact on customer business goals
Building relationships with the Product Management, Product Marketing & R&D teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills & Experience:-
A minimum of 5-10 years’ demonstrable experience in solution design
Demonstrated understanding of at least one of HP Software core solutions (ITOM, ADM, ESP, Big Data)
Customer-focused with strong communication & presentation skills
Awareness in competitive solutions knowledge
Ability to work as the lead for components of large complex projects
Demonstrated current understanding of technical innovations & trends and their impact on solving customer business problems
Ability to self-motivate & a desire to excel
University or Bachelor Degree preferred
