Coronis is seeking to grow high-achieving property managers to run our well-managed property portfolios. We currently have vacancies at our Southside offices and are always on the lookout for top talent! You will report to Tracey Kelly – Rental Area Manager who is an advocate for everything that is great about Coronis. We dont want to see you become an average Property Manager, we want to see you become far better than that and be at the top of your game!

Growth opportunities within our company
You must have the following:
At least 3 years’ experience in residential property management.
Full real estate licence.
Exceptional client service and relationship/people skills.
High level of initiative and problem solving abilities.
Recent police background check will be required for successful candidate.
Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
We use the latest resources in our industry including REST, Filesmart and Inspection Manager so you can be assured that only the best tools are used. We also have a centralised trust account team so you wont need to worry about that! We are looking for top performing property managers with a proven track record in Property Management who have a focus on providing world class service! You will need to hold a current Real Estate Licence in order to work in Property Management.
