The PIM Content Manager is responsible for:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Online Content Manager to lead and drive a team of creative resources working in an innovative environment.

This role is based at our Head Office in Baulkham Hills, NSW and will be an initial 12-month contract with potential longer-term opportunities.

*

Manage content for Product Information Management across Woolworths banners and to instil this into the design and business processes.

*

Manage the processes to ensure that the PIM maintains data integrity and follow defined governance.

*

Understand the requirements of the divisions using PIM and assist in offering improvements to Product owner for development roadmap.

*

Understand and be able to drive operational SLAs of PIM with content team to support downstream systems (Mirakl, Hybris and other ecommerce platforms).

About you:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing/communications/business are required. Experience in a multi-site manufacturing or distribution environment would be desirable.

5+ years experience within digital marketing/communications

*

Experience implementing, communicating and categorizing product content

*

Sound knowledge of popular content management systems

*

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

*

Experience to develop strategies to reach the company’s growth objectives

*

Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders

*

Development, Digital marketing and editorial production, with strong teamwork skills
