TheSupplier Enablement Leadwill manage multiple Supplier Enablement projects that enable clients to interact with their suppliers through the Ariba Network. The Supplier Enablement Lead will independently manage buyer and supplier interactions, ensure teams have appropriate resources and design enablement projects for success. The Supplier Enablement Lead focuses on driving projects which create maximum benefit for both buyers and suppliers. The Supplier Enablement Lead has demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Creates and develops relationships with external parties (customers and suppliers at all levels)

Has ultimate responsibility for project content and works with internal team members on project strategy outlining Enablement Road Map, On-Boarding Plan, Supplier categorization.

Acts as project manager for cross functional teams consisting of both internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Project Deployment Teams, On-Boarding, Customer Implementation.

Accountable for structuring projects to meet customer goals and objectives

Prepares and delivers analyses and presentations for customers to convey expectations, risks, options, project plans, results, project updates and statuses, etc.

Responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics, including cost, quality, cycle-time and customer satisfaction

Ensures that all reports and systems are current

Understands and complies with work instructions, process documents and technology tools

Actively identifies, contributes to and facilitates business impacting continuous improvement efforts using Lean Techniques

Expected to exceed targeted quality objectives

Acts self-sufficiently to identify solutions and strategic direction in spite of high degrees of ambiguity and uncertainty. Leverages prior Project Management and technical expertise. Capable of quickly developing knowledge in other areas.

Demonstrates exceptional problem solving skills and is looked at by the organization as a leader within the role

Experience and proven performance leading people in direct team leadership, customer leadership or project leadership role

Adept at appropriately escalating issues within and across teams.

Excellent problem solving aptitude. Able to quickly identify project risks and opportunities early in the project and work with a high degree of autonomy to address them

Bachelors Degree or 4 years of Project Management Experience

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word/Excel/PPT/Project)

2 years of Procurement and/or AP Experience

2 years of Enterprise Business Applications Experience

2 years of Project Management Experience Preferred Experience

Experience with customer management (internal & external)

Experience preparing and delivering analyses and presentations

Experience with continuous improvement efforts

Experience managing multiple projects at once

Experience in building both internal and external customer/team member relationships Preferred Knowledge

Instituting effective methods for keeping track of project details. Organizing or adjusting information and materials to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Identifying and interpreting underlying trends, interrelationships and cause-effect relationships among seemingly unrelated pieces of data. Drawing logical inferences and making rational recommendations based on the application of inductive and deductive reasoning skills.

CONTINUOUS LEARNING – Increasing Knowledge and skill when circumstances call for additional learning. For example: Attending formal training programs; On-the-job learning that never stops.

TRAVEL – Regularly traveling away from the office (e.g., flying, driving) to conduct business. For example: Going on business trips; Working on assignments that require overnight stays.
