The role of a recruitment consultant involves:-
• Conducting market research on your industry sector
• Utilising a variety of methods to source appropriate candidates
• Interviewing chosen candidates
• Business development with clients to gain jobs
• Managing a client base to achieve and maintain being their number 1 supplier
• Matching candidates to jobs
• Managing candidates by staying in contact with them and offering
support/guidance
