Job Profile
* Handling inbound calls on ATM & POS service calls
* Booking complaints and sending to technical team for resolution
* Prepring reports to clients and higher officials on the current status of the complaint

Salary: Rs. 9000 – Rs. 10000 take home
Shift:
Day shift for Female candidates
Rotational shift for Male candidates
Desired Candidate Profile:
