We are looking for Performance test architect
Skills-
Must have participated/lead/managed 4-5 Performance testing projects
Expertise in understanding the application architecture and gather Performance
Requirements
Efficient at developing manual, automation and load test plans/cases from
functional, business and technical specifications
Strong expertise in taking new or established functional test cases/user
stories and converting them into Performance Test Scenarios & scripts
Champion at system diagnosis, monitoring all resources, analysis and discovery
of performance generated defects and bottlenecks
Professional at Quality Assurance Project Management skills for manual,
automation and performance testing teams when scheduling resources, test
cycles and on time deliverables
Ability to create various Performance Test Plans to map out the Performance
Testing needed for various applications
Participation with various execution teams for round the clock Load Testing as
needed
Ability to use load tools to monitor, gather, and report application
performance on desktop, Web, Cloud based or handheld devices
Expertise in Performance Test Planning, Work Load Modeling & devising strategy
Awareness of industry of performance standards and the ability to test the
application based on these standards.
Knowledge of performance bottlenecks and end-to-end performance web
performance measures (server response time, throughput, network latency, etc.)
Knowledge of web page composition (static vs. dynamic elements, browser
behavior, etc.)
Strong understanding of database, scripting, networking and web technologies
such as ANSI C, HTML, JavaScript, jsp, asp, Flash, etc.
Good understanding of various protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP and DNS.
Good experience in any of the leading Performance Test Tools (Load Runner, IBM
Appscan, HP Diagnostics, Rational Performance Tester, JMeter, etc.)
Design, develop and execute performance test conditions/scenarios/scripts.
Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks and ability to work
independently as well as collaboratively with development team and customers.
Ability to learn new tools & technologies quickly
Willingness to work a flexible schedule in order to gather the data from long
running tests and have them ready for review by development and test leads
should have experience in building performance test architecture
