The incumbent will take the lead role in designing, developing & implementing
learning interventions for employees & also lead the talent development
interventions. This position reports to Director, Human Resources.

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:

– Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the
organization in line with management competencies

– Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning
needs and training plans

– Develop learning modules and programs with internal resources and external
agencies support

– Propose and manage L & D budgets

– Be responsible for organizational development initiatives

Qualification:

– Should have hands on experience on delivery and development of behavioral,
communication and leadership training modules

– Should be conversant with delivery models, modes of training, cultural
nuances and their implications

– Experience in implementing organization development interventions is
desirable

– Ability to communicate and convince leadership

– Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence decisions at
all levels

– Ability to develop, lead and manage teams
