Description:
1. Ensuring the establishment of maintenance contracts with CAR145
maintenance contractors
2. Ensuring the continuous monitoring and coordination of contracted
activities for aircraft or engine or component maintenance
3. Ensuring that adequate spare parts and component are available to the
approved Maintenance Organization for defect rectification and maintenance
checks.
4. Ensuring that the mass and balance statement reflects the current
configuration of the aircraft and is valid
5. Ensuring that all maintenance carried out by appropriately approved CAR145
maintenance organization is carried out in accordance with the relevant
approved maintenance program on time and to an approved standard,
6. Ensuring accomplishment of all contracted maintenance work.
7. Ensuring approval of the Maintenance Program by DGCA is obtained
8. Ensuring that the following continuing airworthiness
management tasks related are performed:
a. Development and amendment of the Maintenance Programme
b. Preparation of maintenance checks and issue of work orders.
c. Coordination on the establishment of Line Maintenance Check Lists.
d. Plan, monitoring and control of all maintenance is carried out in
accordance with the approved maintenance program and released by an approved
CAR145 maintenance organization,
e. On time embodiment of repairs and modifications to an approved standard On
time embodiment of all applicable airworthiness directives, operational
directives with a continuing airworthiness impact, mandatory modifications and
any applicable airworthiness recommendations published by regulatory authority
of the state of design
f. Coordination for the performance of check flights or ferry flight.
g. Control/availability of the aircraft continuing airworthiness statuses
