CRM SYNC
Calendar Sync – You can keep your work calendar and your Salesforce calendar perfectly in sync. Just create your appointments in your mail system, and KiteDesk automatically adds meeting activities for attendees – it even works with your mobile device!
Faster Email Sync – KiteDesk now syncs your customer emails to the CRM even faster with near real-time performance.
More Email Details in CRM – Now includes the email addresses of all recipients and the time and date the message was sent.
Auto Ignore Emails from User’s Email Domain – Sometimes, there are leads and contacts in the CRM with placeholder emails that match team members. KiteDesk is now configured to ignore these emails by default.
Review More Messages At One Time – We have expanded the screen for reviewing messages to let you see more messages at one time.
Opportunity Details in Message Review – Added mouse-over on ‘Opportunity’ to show more details.
BUG FIXES
Disabled ability to add multiple exchange accounts for the same email address.
Fixed issue where ‘LinkedIn Export Reminder’ may remind users too frequently.
Corrected problem that caused KiteDesk icon to not turn green when you were visiting the website of a company in your CRM.
Corrected intermittent mail sync issue for Google Apps customers.
Fixed issue where ‘Message Review’ list scrolled when items were checked.
