The Marital & Family Law group of Greenspoon Marder Law’s West Palm Beach office welcomes three new attorneys. The firm is joined by shareholder Stuart R. Manoff, senior counsel associate William N. Lazarchick, Jr., and associate Casey M. Reiter.
Stuart R. Manoff has been a practicing Marital and Family Law attorney for over 30 years and has been Florida Bar Board Certified in Marital and Family Law since 1994. Manoff concentrates his practice on matters pertaining to marital and family law which includes divorce, equitable distribution litigation, alimony, prenuptial agreements, child custody and support, and paternity matters. He is rated AV ® Preeminent ™ by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and has been named a Leading Florida Attorney. Manoff has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2007-2013, 2015, and has been featured in publications including Divorce Magazine. He is a member of The Florida Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Susan Greenberg Family Law American Inn of Court of the Palm Beaches, and the National Business Institute. Manoff earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.
William N. Lazarchick, Jr. brings prior experience in all areas of family law (both contested and uncontested) involving time sharing issues regarding children, identification and valuation of assets and liabilities, alimony, child support, domestic violence, paternity, jurisdictional issues, appellate matters, post final judgment modification proceedings, Marital Settlement Agreements, and Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements. He was named a Florida Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2010-2011. As a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, he has served and continues to serve in numerous leadership positions including Co-Chairing the 2014 Bench Bar Conference (the associations largest event hosting and educating 1,300 Judges, Lawyers, and other legal professionals), Chairing the Judicial Relations Committee, and Co-Chairing the Unified Family Law Practice Committee. He is a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section and the Susan Greenberg Family Law American Inn of Court of the Palm Beaches. Lazarchick earned his Juris Doctorate from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the University of Florida.
Casey M. Reiter began her legal career as a private criminal defense attorney, where she gained trial experience defending numerous clients for various felony, misdemeanor, and traffic charges, and also handled criminal appellate matters. Reiter then transitioned into the practice area of Family Law, and now focuses on all aspects of Marital and Family law. Reiter is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Susan Greenberg Family Law American Inn of Court of the Palm Beaches. Reiter earned her Juris Doctorate from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
