About OpenDoor
OpenDoor is the long awaited followup on the hugely successful OpenHouse/Automotiv theme bundle (over 6, nine hundred sales! ) We have retained all of the best Openhouse features, and built on them, plus added lots of new features. OpenDoor combines both real estate and car sales into a sole theme, where you can switch between the two in Theme Options. (step 1 of setup is to choose which method: Real-estate, or Car Product sales. )
Notable Features (Specific to Real Estate mode)
New in v1. 3: Option for “VAT” (value added tax) after price
Search by the subsequent variables: location, buy/rent, beds, bathrooms, min price, max price, property type, commercial/residential, openhouse, year built, size, great deal size, garage spaces, and MLS number. Most of these can be included or ruled out in the search form. So it can be as simple or in depth as you need.
Search results Google Map. Shows stakes for the current webpages results right on map. Click map to see infowindow with details and click to see full detail page. (Option to disable this feature)
Yahoo Map option in video summary area. In the home page slideshow area, you now have the option to exhibit your entire listings on a Google Map. (This is a substitute for exhibiting latest listings or basic images)
Dual agent support. Listings can have up to 2 agents fastened to it. Add Brokers via the Agent post type. Agent ‘Page Template’ displays all Agents on a page. Click on an Agent to see more info, like biography, and listings.
Compatible with dsIDXpress plugin (sold independently. Monthly payment required with one time setup charge. See dsidxpress. com for details. This is the only IDX/MLS plugin that this theme is specifically written to back up. Use other plugins in your own risk!
Related listings section on detail page (related by Property Type)
“Open House” date and time. Do it yourself manages itself… does not display once Open Residence date expires
Google Map and Street Approach to list detail page.
Optional MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE listings support, with dsIDXpress (www.diversesolutions.com). Replace the conventional results search with the dsIDXpress search widget. Or include BOTH standard listings search AND dsIDXpress search device.
Browse listings rather than looking by using the “Browse By” feature. Browse Simply by Location, Features, Property Type, Location, Price Range, or Rent/Buy.
Choice to have a second level of location search. See trial for an example. Choose a State from the list and see a secondary location appear under it. After some easy coding, you can expand it to unlimited levels of locations.
Optional supplementary logo in top right (for example, the broker’s logo)
Upload your own map marker image in Theme Options
Contact form to each listing page. Also have form sent to specific Agent. (if Agent is specified for a listing)
Notable Features (Specific to Dealership mode)
Search by this parameters: maker, model, min price, utmost price, figure, model 12 months, mileage, transmission, engine size, fuel type, and supplier location. All of these can be included or excluded in the search form. So it can be as simple or detailed as you require.
Related listings section on detail page (related by Body Type)
Browse results rather than searching by using the “Browse By” feature. Browse By Manufacturer, Body system Type, Model Year, Engine Size, and more.
Choice to have a “model” search dropdown appear when you choose a Company. See demo for an example.

VIN detail output (optional) Result data on detail web page from a VIN amount (Vehicle Identification Number). Visit a listing detail page for an example. Note: A great account at VINquery. contendo is required. VIN amounts are for cars and light trucks manufacturered for North American markets 81 to provide.
