We’re searching for a Marketing Automation Program Manager. This role is a critical component of the overall demand generation team’s success. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Define, create, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation objectives (Social, E-mail, SEM, SEO)

Build and test marketing automation program workflows to achieve the goals of the campaign

Develop strategies for company websites to drive traffic, increase visitor engagement and create points of conversion

Execute ongoing project management of the execution of the marketing automation campaigns and programs

Communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements, projects, and open production support tickets

Support efforts for continuous process improvement to maximize the alignment between demand generation functional areas and other internal stakeholders

Facilitate training for marketing automation users globally to ensure best practice

Develop, maintain and document processes, provide quick reference tools

Maintain administrative matrix documentation showing all of our campaigns, when they run, expected vs. actual results, and so on

Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess performance against goals (ROI and KPI’s)

Skills & Qualifications

7-10 years of digital marketing experience that includes hands-on website management, and use of in-bound marketing and paid media strategies. (Marketing in a B2B technology field is preferred)

Experience running A/B split and multivariate testing for emails, landing pages and CTAs

Detailed experience with the marketing automation tools, preferably Marketo & Hubspot, in an environment where the tool and processes are integrated with Salesforce .com

Experience working on teams to drive integrated, multi-media campaigns, including digital and traditional media and marketing activities

BA in marketing, communications, business or other related field or equivalent work experience

Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools

Strong knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and marketing technology

Proven knowledge of both acquisition and retention based marketing campaigns

Strong attention to detail and firm commitment to high quality content execution

A successful track record of creating and implementing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
