Swift Current, Saskatchewan – JayDee AgTech Limited (“JDAT”) today announced that it has acquired the assets of Shaunavon Industries Limited (“SIL”). SIL owns a John Deere dealership located in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan and sells new and used John Deere agricultural equipment and offer equipment, parts and service.
“This acquisition represents a strategic opportunity for JDAT to expand our Saskatchewan presence in areas adjacent to our established John Deere locations,” said Darrin Didychuk, President of JDAT. “We expect the acquisition of this location to generate long term value for our Saskatchewan operations. We are pleased to be retaining staff and look forward to working in the Shaunavon Community”
The purchase includes the operating assets, inventory, and the land and building at the Shaunavon location.
