When I was offered the opportunity recently to talk to you about City Chic Intimates, it would be fair to say that I leapt at it! City Chic sent me two gorgeous lingerie sets to celebrate the launch of their new Intimates Collection.
I selected an extra special everyday set, Eden, and a gorgeously glamorous sexy set, Mila. Oh la la!

I discovered City Chic Intimates last year. As a recent inbetweenie, City Chic is now one of my go to stores. My first experience with City Chic involved their lovely lingerie. What a fabulous introduction!
I’ve got EnormoBoobs but I also love the power of lovely lingerie, and I’m all about the pretty! Over the years, this has been a very expensive source of frustration.
My choices have been limited to utilitarian over the shoulder boulder holders – more often expensive. Or to dropping an absolute fortune for an every day essential. I’ve paid over $140 for one bra before. This still makes me wince.
When I discovered that I could get lovely lingerie that was comfortable, supportive and GORGEOUS, I hit City Chic as soon as humanly possible.
City Chic stocks on trend fashion for ladies 14+. Bra sizes start at 14DD, and go up to a 24J. Not all sizes are available in all styles, but they’re all pretty! I wear a 12G so my City Chic size is 14F. I just wear the back on the second hook. Totes worth it for the power of lovely lingerie. All about the pretty!
City Chic Intimates start at $49.95 for their strapless and T shirt bra ranges, and go up to $69.95 for a beautifully detailed piece of bra loveliness. All bras have powernet mesh lining for extra support and contour balconette details to lift the ladies in style.
But of course, there are matching knickers too. $24.95 per pair of pretty panties. We all know that the power of lovely lingerie is intensified to the nth degree when you’re wearing a matching set of extreme gorgeousness. Somehow, matching flesh coloured lift ’em ups and suck ’em ins just don’t have the same appeal.
Not too long ago, I sucked it up (literally!), put my money where my body lovin’ mouth was and shared my bikini style. I just don’t think the world needs to see me in my lingerie though!
First up, I’m sharing the sexy Mila set. It’s all French blue satin, raven black lace and daring details, like peekaboo strappy cups and a cheeky mesh bottom.
How do I feel wearing the Mila Boudoir set from City Chic Intimates? Like a million bucks! Sexy yet supported. Whilst this is boudoir chic and perfect for romantic nights, it is also super cute and a little bit cheeky teamed with a crisp button up or a chambray shirt.
The power of lovely lingerie? It’s all about popping on some secret sexiness under your everyday outfits. The lush Eden floral print set, featuring ruched mesh bust details and vintage bow on the panties combine to create a vintage glam lovely lingerie look.
