Friendly: Next Monday, March 6,  see a Cork City FC selection take on Killarney Celtic in a glamour friendly at Celtic Park with a 7pm kick-off.

The Cork City selection will contain a number of regulars plus some fringe players and under 19s and the game will be great workout for Celtic ahead of the Janesboro game.
Junior Cup: All eyes will then turn to the FAI Junior Cup clash when Celtic welcome top Limerick side, Janesboro FC,to town on Saturday, March 12. There is a very big crowd expected for this game and it is also the chosen game by Aviva who will host their coverage of the quarter-finals from the club.

Patrons are asked to come early to the game and work with the stewards on the way in and out of the game as Celtic Park is in a residential area and the club appreciates the support of its neighbours on these big nights. These are hugely exciting times for Killarney Celtic so let’s hope the journey continues.

Friends: Friends of Maureen Kelliher, the Celtic stalwart and mother of club players Roy and Marc, who is living with multiple sclerosis, are organising a fundraiser to help to make life a little easier for their popular neighbour and her four children. On March 4, they are hosting a coffee morning from 10.30am to 1.00pm in the Kerry Way, Glenflesk and, again, support and spot prizes would be greatly appreciated.

Premier: Castleisland 1 Killarney Celtic 0. Castleisland are always very strong opponents and proved it yet again, scoring the only goal of the game and keeping Celtic at bay from then on.
Premier B: Classic 3 Killarney Celtic B 1. A great effort but Classic were the better side on the day.
U16 Girls: Listowel Celtic 3 Killarney Celtic 0, A great effort by the girls but, in fairness, Listowel have set the standards in Kerry and showed why with the quality of this display.
U15 Kerry Cup: Killarney Celtic 5 St Bernards 0, A thrilling display from the U15s, with James Darmody, Joe Rudden, Jack McCarthy, Terry Sparling, Neil O’Shea and Ryan O’Grady all on the scoresheet.
U15 Div 1: Rattoo Rovers 3 Killarney Celtic B 0. Celtic put up a great battle but Rattoo had the patience, craft and discipline to wear us down. A good test for both teams
U12 Girls: Killarney Celtic 2 Listowel Celtic 1. This was a hard-fought and high-quality game. Listowel led 1-0 at the break and things looked ominous but Killarney Celtic kept going and Elizabeth Coffey equalised before Aideen O’Brien with a superb long range free hit the winner minutes later. Ava O’Neill and Shauna Myers were outstanding in our backline.
U11: Park B 0 Killarney Celtic B 3. Josh Bowler, Mark Daly, Ted O’Gorman, Matthew Moynihan, Seamie Moynihan, and Jason O’Reilly all hit the target but much more importantly, all of the players on all sides got game-time and that is the priority at this age group.
