HOLIDAY, Fla. (January 2017): Kids Wish Network, a children’s charity that grants wishes for kids with life threatening illnesses, and the Dallas Cowboys organization granted a Wish Kid’s dream of going to his first ever professional football game and cheering on his all-time favorite team.

Wish Kid Adam Marroquin, who was diagnosed with the life threatening illness thoracic insufficiency, had his forever wish granted when Kids Wish Network sent him and his family to Dallas, TX, where the organization worked with the Dallas Cowboys to invite Adam onto the sidelines during pre-game warm-ups, allowing him to see some of the team’s standout athletes up close and personal.

“Kids Wish Network is thrilled the Dallas Cowboys helped give Adam this wonderful experience, and we look forward to working with them on future wishes,” said Kids Wish Network Executive Director, Anna Lanzatella.

During his wish, Adam and his family were guests at The Ritz Carlton and were driven around Dallas by Park Cities Company Car Chauffeured. They were also treated to complimentary meals at the The Palm and Ritz Carlton’s Fearing Restaurant whose staff presented Adam with an autographed football from Cowboys defensive back Brandon Carr.

“Adam was so happy on his wish, you could really see it by the expression on his face,” said Vanessa, Adam’s mother. “He was given a signed football from the Dallas Cowboys autographed by Dez Bryant, Adam’s favorite player. His face just beamed; you could see how happy he was.”

The Dallas Cowboys organization joins a long list of organizations that have supported Kids Wish Network in making come true the heartfelt wishes of children facing life-threatening illnesses.
