Ocean Commotion by Answers in Genesis has created some heartwarming ocean characters this year. In this VBS 2016 curriculum, attendees will meet Hydro the Whale, Hammer the Shark, Piers the Puffin, Paws the Sea Otter and Fin the Dolphin.
