According to Cebu Archbishop Jose Palma, the president’s overall performance in his first 100 days of office should be rated a score of higher than 6 out of 10 as he has been seriously working to improve the lives of Filipinos. “I should say more than 6 (out of 10),” he told the Philippine Daily Inquirer. “He has made serious efforts to curb abuses in trying to make the people and the government work. Majority of our people has given him a very high rating.
