The conclusion of the ILH Division I regular season came down to a four team tiebreaker that ends Monday night.

Iolani will host Saint Louis in the playoff final tonight at 6:30 p.m. Iolani is ranked second on the ScoringLive/Hawaiian Electric Boys Basketball Power Rankings after beating Punahou in an overtime thriller in the first semifinal game Saturday night, 40-35. The Crusaders defeated the Kamehameha Warriors in the second semifinal game, 69-58. The ILH winner of the regular season automatically clinches a spot into the D1 state tournament.

The ILH Division I playoffs which starts Tuesday will decide the second team to represent the league in the HHSAA Tournament.

The ILH Division II playoffs will begin Wednesday at 6p.m. with Hawaii Baptist playing Hanalani at Hanalani and Christian Academy facing Le Jardin at Le Jardin.

As for the OIA Boys Basketball Division I Playoffs continue Tuesday night in the semifinal games featuring the last four teams standing, Kaiser, McKinley, Kalaheo and Leilehua.

The Kaiser Cougars will face the McKinley Tigers at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday night for a chance to compete for the OIA Champion title. The Cougars are 11-1 and ranked number one on the ScoringLive/Hawaiian Electric Boys Basketball Power Rankings. The Kalaheo Mustangs will battle against the Leilehua Mules 25 minutes after the conclusion of the first game at McKinley High School. Kalaheo is ranked number seven on the ScoringLive/Hawaiian Electric Boys Basketball Power Rankings with a record of 10-2.

The winner of both games will earn their way to the OIA Division I Championship game on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at McKinley High School.

The OIA Boys Basketball Division II Championship will also be held on Thursday prior to the Division I Championship game, featuring Kalani and Roosevelt at 5:30 p.m.

The top six teams in the Division I OIA playoffs have already clinched a spot in the D1 state tournament that will begin on February 17th.
