A colored pencil commission that has been in the works for far too long! Here's MistingWolf's Vapor. (She is a maned wolf/cheetah hybrid who can manipulate water, and in this case, she is creating her own mist.)
So some scenery and lighting practice, after all those floating critters! Feels good. Though I suppose in some circumstances, colored pencils only get so dark. 
It's a bright moon, and the mist is being illuminated. 
Derwent (coloursoft and artists lines), Caran d'Ache (supracolor II soft and pablo) and one living prismacolor colored pencils on Daler-Rowney Canford paper in gunmetal grey. 9x13" (22.86 x 33 cm). More hours than I can possibly count, as usual, especially as I have no less than 5 commissions going at once.
