**Job Descriptions for some of the finance roles available at Kerry**

**Finance Analyst, Commercial**

+ Key resource to business unit management in supporting business strategies pertaining to pricing and margin management

+ Understand market trends, dynamics, price/volume trends and outlooks to recommend actions that lead to profitable growth

+ Support sales/marketing with analysis aimed at customer retention, pricing, business at risk, new business and business lost

+ Manage new business pipeline reporting and assess impact of new opportunities on the business portfolio

+ Assess key commodity market risk and the impact on pricing

+ Determine, validate and communicate quotes, credits and pricing to business teams

+ Forecasting, Budgeting and Monthly Reporting responsibility for business along with communication to the business team

+ Support executive and leadership meeting agendas including presentation material, analysis and support

**Finance Analyst, Operations**

+ Analyze and record material purchase accruals, inventory adjustments, freight accruals and market adjustments in relation to inventory at manufacturing locations.

+ Develop tools and reporting methods for variance reporting that identify and analyze key variables which affect the financial performance of the business.

+ Provide decision-making support to operations management team by providing accurate financial and statistical data.

+ Develop, prepare and present, mid-year and yearly budget projections

+ Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives in the manufacturing facility.

+ Finance Analyst, Financial Control

+ Responsible for preparation and presentation of timely, accurate, value-added information to senior executives including financial analysis and presentations that assist in strategic decision making.

+ Member of a corporate financial control team responsible for multiple tasks in areas of general ledger, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory accounts, projections and budgeting.

+ Support for business leadership through performance management. Understands business trends and monitors financial performance against benchmarks and key performance indicators.

+ Works closely with cross functional teams and business finance leadership to identify and analyze performance drivers.

+ Assist with process improvement and standardization by identifying and implementing changes within finance team to drive control, alignment, and efficiencies

**Finance Analyst, Central Operations**

+ Review and monitor centralized processes; while collaborating with Plant Controllers to ensure adherence and while developing and implementing corrective actions.

+ Analyze and record material purchase accruals, inventory adjustments, freight accruals and market adjustments in relation to inventory at manufacturing locations.

+ Develop tools and reporting methods for variance reporting that identify and analyze key variables which affect the financial performance of the business.

+ Develop, prepare and present, mid-year and yearly budget projections

+ Manage, review, audit and maintain process manufacturing master data

+ Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives across various regions and business units.

**Finance Analyst, Central Commercial**

+ Provide training, support and consolidation for centralized processes and systems in collaboration with the business unit commercial finance teams

+ Responsible for performing month-end tasks including invoicing, reconciliations and metrics reporting

+ Review all input files for reasonableness to mitigate costing inaccuracies and drive efficiency

+ Provide business users with accurate and timely reports to support business decision-making and performance management

+ Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements

+ Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives including user acceptance testing and deployment of new systems and upgrades

**Finance Analyst, Master Data Management (MDM)**

+ Cleanse and enrich current master data across finished product, raw material, customer and vendor which are critical to support business processes

+ Govern all new and change data requests for duplication, completeness, compliance and accuracy

+ Maintain a SharePoint site for creation/modification/inactivation of master data

+ Provide input on data strategy based on insight from the role

+ Training of stakeholders on MDM processes and workflows

+ Create, update and distribute meaningful reports including business data insights

**We are also looking to fill Financial Analyst roles in our regional shared services including treasury, tax, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.**

**Qualifications** **:**

+ Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting/Finance or related area

+ Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate professionally to all levels of an organization

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills

+ Ability to work as part of a team environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
