Wednesday November 23, 2016 - Millions of Kenyans have stormed social media today castigating CORD leader, Raila Odinga, for defending corrupt CORD Governors.
On Monday, the Office of the Auditor General released a damning report that showed how CORD Governors led by Mombasa Governor, Ali Hassan Joho, and his Kilifi counterpart, Amason Kingi, have stolen billions from the Counties’ coffers.
But like any politician, Raila defended the CORD Governors and blamed President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Government for the looting in Kilifi County.
Raila said Uhuru’s operatives have hijacked the Integrated Financial management system (IFMIS) and they are looting money like there is no tomorrow.
