I have a t-shirt that says Who Rescued Who?  I have the magnet too.  I love them, because that’s how I feel about our dogs.  But whenever I look at it, I think “whom.”  Mrs. Harrington was a great teacher.

I created a t-shirt through Booster.com.  All the proceeds go to support Scrub-a-Mutt and the Animal Rescue Foundation of Everett, two amazing organizations that are doing a lot to give dogs a second chance.

I have 7 days to sell 15 t-shirts.  I’d prefer to sell 35 t-shirts, because that will mean a lot money going to support homeless dogs.

I have one of these t-shirts in a different design and it’s amazing.  I get compliments on it all the time, because the fit is flattering, the v-neck is great for women, and the quality is professional.  My tees have withstood sick days, muddy paws, and many washes and still look great.

These t-shirts come in pink and turquoise.  Colors that remind me of spring.  If I’m able to sell out of this run, then I’ll do it again with a light green and a tangerine – summer colors.

Each t-shirt is $25, no matter the size.

The ladies of Scrub-a-Mutt and ARF are getting waist deep in rescue and here are a few examples of what they do regularly…

They rescue moms and their puppies from high kill shelters in California and pay for the transport to Washington to get them vet care and find them foster homes and then their forever homes.

They search Craigslist for “free to good home” dogs and cats and pick them up to make sure they get the vet care many need and find them a foster home and then their forever homes.

They raise money for sick dogs who need surgery, cancer treatments, and more.

They host fundraising events year around to raise money to support their rescue efforts.

And they do all this while working full time jobs.

Here’s a litter that was rescued from California.

These puppies would have been put down, because the shelter thought these were pit bull puppies.

When I look at what they do, I’m blown away.  The least I can do is pimp out my blog and my t-shirt design inspired by one of my many pet peeves in the hopes of getting them an influx of cash to carry them through a month or so.  Even through a day.

So far we’ve sold 5 t-shirts (I purchased 2).  I’d love to sell 35 more.  Will you please help me by sharing?
