The Purpose of Science科学

HEADERScience is a medium which God uses to clearly and unmistakably communicate His existence, power, and glory. Also referred to as " The Book Of  Nature" (general revelation) revealing what God has shown in creation : The Bible being (Special revelation) that reveals what God did to reconcile the world to Himself. the book of nature reveals God’s invisible qualities and augments human reason through natural revelation. Indeed, it was failure to apply the explanatory power of natural revelation to the mysteries of the universe that trapped pagan thinkers in the intellectual cul-de-sac of their own making. GOD speeches were it needs to be spoken in the written word of GOD. And were there doesn't need to be words spoken GOD draws the heart in another demention. "The most beautiful emotion we can experience is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of all true art and science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead, a snuffed-out candle. To sense that behind anything that can be experienced there is something that our minds cannot grasp, whose beauty and sublimity reaches us only indirectly: this is religiousness. In this sense, and in this sense only, I am a devoutly religious man.”-Albert Ensin If you throw yourself into the unsearchable, search for the unsearchable you are wise an that's really all that wisdom is. And this is pleasure, this is the definition of pleasure. We will never know in full the vast ocean of Who GOD is and it's just our great pleasure an delight to search it out all the days of our life and continue to find new discoveries and be overwhelmed by them. BODY 1:A spiritually bored believer is weak and vulnerable to Satan. Without having a sense of awe, we live aimlessly and in boredom. Much of the Western church today is not fascinated with God, therefore they become spiritually bored and spiritually weak. A spiritually bored church is spiritually boring to the lost. David’s heart was preoccupied with God while his hands were occupied with leading the nation. A fascinated believer is strong and equipped to face temptation.Christians need to engage, rather than withdraw from or attack, educated non-Christians with a biblical creation model that is testable, falsifiable, and predictive;constructively integrating all 66 books of the Bible with all the science disciplines as a way to discover and apply deeper truths. GOD made all this for us, with us in mind, He didn't need it. There way to small in power to fit into the eternal skeame. The sun will be embarrassed when the end of te age comes. The things of grand in this age will never qualify, they don't have enough splendor. There only made for us, they weren't made for GOD or for eternity, only for us for a few years on the earth, for our enjoyment and prosperity. Their the preachers of the gospel, not of JESUS, but the introductory "GOD loves you, come find out more" and then takes you to the next passage the written Word of GOD were you find out specific Revalation. These things were created for the saints. 1 Corinthians 3:22Wholeheartedness is the only way we can function right. We were made by God to be wholehearted. We cannot live halfheartedly. They will not go all the way. God empowers us to wholeheartedness. He is releasing a new anointing of wholeheartedness on the church that will strengthen believers worldwide. 1 Peter 3:15–16  "Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience."To start by strict logic and continue by strict logic, one can be led astray. A naturalistic scientist, by strict logic, can easily arrive at the conclusion that God is non-existent. Aquinas' proofs of God's existence are not really proofs when submitted to a rigorous test by skeptics and unbelievers.Logic is a God-given faculty and we are meant to be logicians, and consistent ones too. But limiting ourselves to the confines of strict logic, purposely disregarding Scripture, while keeping in mind that we need to arrive at the same conclusions of Scripture, our logic will appear to be cramped and superficial. What I mean is this: God often acts beyond our logic - my thoughts are not your thoughts and my ways are not your ways. We cannot arrive or guess God's plans for our salvation by mere logic. It is incumbent upon us to start with Scripture, the bedrock and foundation of all our faith. And our attitude should be, "I believe, help my unbelief." To utilize other means to "strengthen" faith is fallacious, whether you're using modern science, tradition, intuition, or logic. One reason we evangelicals have had so little impact on secular society with our creation teachings is that we try to teach Genesis without presenting a testable creation model. We either focus all of our guns on what is wrong with naturalism or we duck the issue by claiming that Genesis presents no specific creation model. Thus, we are perceived by society as either negative or cowardly. This situation stems from Christians' failure to apply the scientific method to their interpretation of Genesis. A great irony, here, is that the scientific method comes from the Bible and from biblical theology. The core of this method is an appeal to the interpreter to delay drawing conclusions until both the frame of reference and the initial conditions have been established. If we approach Genesis in this way, we discover that we can, indeed, discern there a scientifically plausible, objectively defensible account of creation.BODY 2:Naturally, we enjoy being around people who think like we do. It’s more comfortable that way. Yet what if we’re missing something? I like to hear perspectives from outside my own view—but they have to be reasonable. Ask, who is the most reasonable, who is the most fair-minded, How can I tell which scientists honor the facts and the truth, regardless of their own biases, and which allow their worldview to color their portrayal of science? I think the really good books, debates, or blogs are those that make you feel like you’ve engaged the subject without being pushed in one direction. There should be no coercion of the reader or listener to hold a particular view. Let me come to my own conclusions. Studying Sacred Texts and other so-called holy books for scientific evidence and origins "At age seventeen, while beginning to serve as director of observations for Vancouver’s Royal Astronomical Society, I also began a very private study of the world’s sacred texts, testing them for accuracy. My non-religious upbringing freed me from emotional attachment to any particular book or set of beliefs. So I started with the books revered by my neighbors, Eastern religious texts, and worked my way westward. One by one each book failed the factuality test, and I gained confidence that my initial skepticism would be affirmed—until I picked up a Bible. From page one, this book proved an exception. Not only did it provide hundreds of statements that could be tested for accuracy, it also anticipated—thousands of years in advance—many facts of socio-political history and of nature that research would one day confirm. For example, it anticipated the history and current tensions in the Middle East. It also described the four fundamental features of big bangcosmology: 1) the beginning of space and time coincident with the beginning of matter and energy; 2) continual expansion of the universe from the cosmic beginning; 3) the constancy of physical laws; and 4) the pervasiveness of entropy (decay).Through nearly two years of study this book’s predictive power persuaded me that it must have been inspired by One who knows and guides the past, present, and future. I had essentially proven to myself that the Bible is more reliable than the laws of physics I focused on in my university courses. The only reasonable conclusion I could see was that the Bible must be the inspired Word of God."-Hugh RossThe scoffers aren't empowered or motivated by revalation, they're motivated by their lusts. It doesn't mean perversion, their lust-their motivated by their agenda for their pleasure, comfort, honor, and what they want. They will take the bible and make it say anything they want to support their agenda, their lust. They would read the bible and minimize it and scoff at it and they will dismiss these real things. “Dull minds are never either intuitive or mathematical.”  ― Blaise Pascal, PenséesWhen you talk, you should always be kind and pleasant so you will be able to answer everyone in the way you should. The transformation that the Holy Spirit brings in a heart is much more powerful then the argument that any christian apologist can give. Apologetic s is the seasoning, the Gospel is the main course. Support the argument justifiably but it is Christ that you need to lift up and it is the Holy Spirit that brings about a change in the human heart. It is the Spirit and the Word that come together to bring conviction.  An argument may remove the doubt but it is only the Holy Spirit that can convict them of Truth. COLOSSIANS 4:6 How can we reach truthful conclusions about God. What systematic approach should be used? “Truth is so obscure in these times, and falsehood so established, that, unless we love the truth, we cannot know it.”  ― Blaise Pascal .First,we need to establish a framework for testing various truth claims, and then we need a road map to follow to reach a right conclusion.By definition truth is exclusive. Here is a good framework to use:A world view is built around four questions..1. Logical consistency—the claims of a belief system must logically cohere to each other and not contradict in any way. As an example, the end goal of Buddhism is to rid oneself of all desires. Yet, one must have a desire to rid oneself of all desires, which is a contradictory and illogical principle. 2. Empirical adequacy—is there evidence to support the belief system (whether the evidence is rational, externally evidential, etc.)? Naturally, it is only right to want proof for important claims being made so the assertions can be verified. For example, Mormons teach that Jesus visited North America. Yet there is absolutely no proof, archaeological or otherwise, to support such a claim. 3. Existential relevancy—the belief system should address the big questions of life described below and the teachings should be accurately reflected in the world in which we live. Christianity, for example, provides good answers for the large questions of life, but is sometimes questioned because of its claim of an all-good and powerful God who exists alongside a world filled with very real evil. Critics charge that such a thing violates the criteria of existential relevancy, although many good answers have been given to address the issue. The above framework, when applied to the topic of religion, are three tests for truth. Three tests for four questions and will help lead one to a right view of God and will answer the Four big questions of life:1. Origin – where did we come from?2. Ethics – how should we live?3. Meaning – what is the purpose for life?4. Destiny – where is mankind heading? But how does one go about applying this framework in the pursuit of God?Corispondence: corisponding truthfulness; takes the 4 questions and answers them truthfullyCoherence: of a world view; coherent answers that stands the test of timeA step-by-step question/answer approach is one of the best tactics to employ. Narrowing the list of possible questions down produces the following:When developing a model Every model developer should make a list of things that confirm and do not confirm your model. An example would be 3 Different kinds of discoveries that effect your model of belief. 3 different kinds of discoveries that would be (Catastrophic, corrosive,Refining) not just for our model but the models thought the christian realm( using four categories of ideas related to the model, theory, belief etc—those of primary importance [essential doctrines], those held as our core convictions, those helpful for clarity, and personal opinions[theories] );and models outside the christian realm, covering the whole creation-evolution spectrum. that's really the way to put these things to the test.Catastrophic: Discoveries that would completely destroy the model, falsifying it to such a degree the model will be done and over.Corrosive: A discovery that wouldn't destroy the model but would require major adjustments to it.Refining: Discoveries that would simply refine the model/ fine tuning adjustments.BODY 3:Every Law of physics has been designed to be a tool in GOD's hands to eliminate evil and suffering efficiently and effectively and quickly. " I think that modern physics has definitly decided in favor of Plato. In fact the smallest units of matter are not physical objects in the ordanary sense; They are forms, ideas which can be expressed unambiguously only in mathmatical launguage" - Werner Heisenberg. And the moment that evil is gone GOD is going to bring us into a new realm were there is no gravity, no thermodynamics, no electric magnetism, it's going to be completely different physical laws. We won't need those laws anymore cause evil will be gone for the rest of eternity. Purpose for space and time/ Limits how many we can harm:Time limits human contacts.Space separates us.Our short life spans limit evil. The second creation/ New Heavens and New EarthNo ThermodynamicsNo Gravity or ElectromagnetismNo DarknessNo Grief; No remorseDifferent DimensionsUnimaginable Joy, Beauty, PeaceUnimaginable Reward, SplendorContinual Fellowship with GODRelationship Limits Lifted Pleasure Limits LiftedValues We Should EmbraceA high view of both Scripture and science—because the words of the Bible and the facts of nature come from the same Source, from God himself, who chose to make himself knownApologetics for the sake of evangelism—because history awaits completion of the commission Christ charged his followers to fulfillConstructive integration of God’s revelation (in Scripture and nature)—because truth will always be consistent, wherever it’s foundCommitment to application––because intellectual engagement should lead to effective evangelism, not merely to winning argumentsOngoing development of a testable creation model—because the world needs a positive, growing case for faith in a caring CreatorReadiness to give reasons (1 Peter 3:15a)—because people have questions and doubts that deserve reasonable, well-researched responsesCommunication of those reasons with gentleness, respect, and a clear conscience (1 Peter 3:15b)—because people observe attitude and demeanor as much as they listen to wordsPsalm 139:1,23 GOD searches David and now Psalm 145 David searches GOD.John 17:3 "To Know My Father is eternal Life."The very essence of what eternal life is is the eternal unfolding of knew discoveries and the fascination and the impact on your spirit of those new discoveries. Forever there will be new discoveries an when they hit your being they will cause an emotional chemistry change in time and eternity you will think an act different. You are a being made most with capacity and privilege to worship, to search the unsearchable. Evidences for DestinyBest time and place to see the cosmosAnthropic PrincipleAnthropic Principle inequalityUnique life drives Best physics for overcoming sinThis is the definition of science and pleasure in its truest sense, at it's most intense way. It'll thrill you, it'll fascinate you, but you'll never exhaust the pleasure and the fascination-never!we are not putting our faith in a false god whom we are trying to "believe-into-existence."We have a living and true God, an historically anchored faith, an abiding and testable revelation of God (Scripture), and a guaranteed home in heaven with God.LINK BANKhttp:///mathhttp://www.reasons.org/http://www.artic.edu/aic/education/sciarttech/2a1.htmlhttp://www.artic.edu/aic/education/sciarttech/2a1.htmlhttp://www.gotquestions.org/search.php?zoom_query=science&search.x=0&search.y=0http://christianscience.com/https://sites.google.com/site/biophysicsofbible/Homehttps://www.youtube.com/user/Kurzgesagthttp://www.aminoapps.com/popular/science/http://creationministries.org/Quotes about God to consider…if you think science leads to atheism.See More
