Check to make sure the software meets the minimum requirements by completing a requirements check.
If the computer does not meet the minimum requirements, new software versions are available at the FIU Software Resources website.

Adobe Connection Test
To ensure your computer meets all the Adobe Connect technical requirements, perform a connection test before entering any Adobe Connect session. The diagnostic test will verify that your computer and network connections are properly configured to provide the best meeting experience.

The diagnostic test checks for the following:
Clear connection to Adobe Connect
Bandwidth availability
Adobe Flash Player (latest version)
Latest version of the Adobe Connect Add-in

If you are prompted, please update the Flash Player and Adobe Connect Add-in to the latest version before continuing.
Best Practice:
Run the Adobe Connection test on any and all computers that you will be using to access the Adobe Connect tool.
