Indo Tibetan Border Police Force, Under Ministry of Home Affairs, is recruiting 32 “Assistant Surgeon (Assistant Commandant/ Veterinary)” in the force. 1. ASSISTANT SURGEON/ ASSISTANT COMMANDANT (VETERINARY): 32 Nos. (Gen—13; SC—8; ST—1; OBC—10)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognized University and must have Registration with Veterinary Council of India.
Physical Standard —
Height: 157.5Cms; Chest (Unexpanded/ Expanded) : 77cms/ 82cms; Weight: Proportional to height and age as per medical standard.
Cut-off in height for reserved and Hilly area candidates is as per norms. Refer the Advt.
Candidates should be physically well built and free from any physical defects which may hinder in the performance of duty.
Pay scale: Rs.15600—Rs.39100 and Grade pay: Rs.5400.
Selection of the candidates will be through Interview (Personality Test) and Medical Examination. Selection will be hold at Delhi. Date and venue will be intimated in due course to the eligible candidates.
