JUNIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
Number of Vacancies: 80 Nos. (Gen—38; SC—13; ST—20; OBC—09)
N.B: Reservation to the posts is meant for SC/ST/OBC candidates having Madhya Pradesh domicile only. Candidates from other States may apply as General/ Unreserved candidates.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (50% marks in case of SC/ST category) may apply. Candidates having degree in above said discipline are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit: The age of the candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 30 years as on 01/01/2013. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC / widow / divorcee lady candidates, ex-serviceman categories shall get relaxation in upper age limit to an extent of 05 years.
Remuneration: Lump-sum consolidated monthly honorarium of Rs.15000/- per month plus other allowances will be given initially which will be later increased upon completion of one year of contract period. See the Advt. link below.
The engagement to the posts is on contractual basis which will be initially for 3 years only. The contractual period will be extended further upon satisfactory performance of the candidate.
Candidates’ Selection — The selection of candidates will be done purely on merit basis. Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of their aggregate percentage marks obtained in the above said technical qualification. See the below link for detailed advt.

Training — The selected candidate will be given three month training. During of training, the Junior Engineer (Electrical Contract) shall be subjected to a written test and upon qualifying this exam (min 50% marks) the contract shall be continued.

Application Fee: Rs.300/- for General and OBC candidates. SC / ST category candidates of MP domicile are exempted from Application Fee.
Rs. 60/- MP Online portal charge per application shall be charged from all candidates.
Last Date of Application: Online Application form can be submitted till 20th July,2013 (Midnight).
After successful submission of Online Application form, candidates must print-out the system generated registration form and must retain safely for later use. There is no need to send any hard copy of application to anywhere.
Candidates shall produce print-out copy of Application form along with attested copies of testimonials (attestation by Gazetted Officer) in support of eligibility during documents verification, if shortlisted.
