It is a rare gesture, mega heroes battling out at the box office. In three weeks time, three mega films are clashing. While stylish star Allu Arjun's Rudhramadevi released on October 9th to above average reports, mega power star Ram Charan has come up with Bruce Lee- The Fighter hit the screens yesterday. Megastar Chiranjeevi played a cameo, but significant role in the action entertainer.
Now, another mega movie is ready to enthrall audience. Varun Tej's Kanche is seeing lights on October 22nd. Actually, the film directed by Krish was supposed to release next month, but to utilize Akhil's Akhil movie postponement and also the Dasara holiday season, makers have pre-poned their movie. But, this film has to fight with other mega biggies- Rudhramadevi and Bruce Lee.
Ram Charan recently revealed that, there is a secret agreement in the industry to maintain minimum gap between the big releases. And this is the reason for Mahesh Babu postponing Srimanthudu to allot good number of theaters for Rajamouli's Baahubali. Fortunately, both the films took first and second slots in highest grossers.
Usually, mega heroes prefer keeping at least few weeks gap among their releases. But, for the first time, not just 2, three films are clashing at big screens. This will surely affect collections of all the films. There are many heroes from single family (mega), so, the battle can't be avoided for any time. In September last week, Sai Dharam Tej arrived with Subramanyam For Sale that is turning out to be a decent hit. Why this mega battle, like never before, questions a mega fan?
