Handler Fights To Adopt His Military Dog Neglected By Current Owner
His name is Alexander Reimer, he’s a U.S. Army Veteran. Retired, like many of his kind with a severe case PTSD. Alexander was deployed in Afghanistan, among his cherished compatriots, there was a Pit-Bull called Howard.
Howard is a trained, and certified, army dog; a hero in his own right. Now, Howard needs his first handler’s help, and our’s too. Howard, after a series of past downs, has suddenly found himself the property of a family that does not appreciate the gift they have in their midst.
Howard is being mistreated; locked in a kennel, tied and left forgotten on a tree stump, badly nourished, and in obvious neglect.
