3:50 PM Saturday February 21, 2015 – The storm is just ramping up and with the totals on the western edge in Frederick already at 6 inches, you can see why I increased my snow expectation. This report was compiled by the National Weather Service Office: Baltimore/Washington, so it only covers their counties. I will have a more complete report at the end of the storm though. See the local county maps in this slide show. Below is the entire  list of reports and times. My updated snow total expectation and Winter Storm Warning are at the bottom of this post.
