Essential oil diffuser reviews – nebulizing
Nebulizing diffusers don’t use water because they disperse the pure oil instead.
I thought this would be a really expensive way to diffuse my oils but I was quite surprised at how long a bottle of oil lasts when attached to a nebuliser. I’ve been running mine daily for about three months and there is still oil in the bottle!
The great thing about not having to have a tank for water is that nebulizer diffusers look much nicer, so they’re great for use at home in the lounge or the family room, and would look really attractive in a spa or office setting too.

As an example you might want to run it for two minutes, then off for two minutes over a two hour period and then switch itself off. Because it is dispersing the neat oils it doesn’t need to run continuously like an ultrasonic diffuser does, and short sharp bursts will help your oils last longer and stop them from being too overpowering.
It’s really easy to clean too.
The one thing you cannot do with this diffuser is switch the light off, so it’s not the best choice for the bedroom.
