Dessert Bar Recipes

1. Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies

“Who doesn’t love Red Velvet anything right? Or Cheesecake? Or Brownies? Then to combine them all together! These brownies are so moist, they are sure to be a hit at your next party. My daughter always requests this for her school parties.”- . A Day in Candiland

2. French Vanilla Cream Bars

“I wanted to make something with cream cheese and thought a cream bar might be a good one to try. I’ve seen them made with lemon cake mix, but not French vanilla. The crust is the French vanilla cake mix that tastes more like a cookie than a cake. It has a creamy, sweet filling and then topped with more French vanilla cookie bits. Next time, I may double the cream cheese mixture to make it thicker and more like a cheesecake bar.”- . Simply Stacie

3. White Chocolate Cranberry Cheesecake Bars

“This recipe for White Chocolate Cranberry Cheesecake Bars is to die for! It’s a smooth, creamy, rich cheesecake filling and a crunchy shortbread cookie crust base. I added white chocolate and dried cranberries into mine, but you could mix it up and try other toppings. Some suggestions include berries, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips or toffee bits.”- . Simply Stacie

4. Pistachio Cream Bars

“These Pistachio Cream Bars have a shortbread cookie base and the filling is a cross between a pudding and a cheesecake. It is SOOOOO good! It’s creamy, smooth and sweet. It tastes even better the next day. Let it set in the fridge overnight and it will be very easy to cut into squares the next day. Yum! There’s a reason I’ve been making this recipe for years.”- . Simply Stacie

5. Simple Strawberry Dessert Bars

“I don’t know about you, but there is nothing that screams summer to me more than strawberries. They are my favorite fruit by far and by the time that the season ends, I’m ready for it to begin again. Needless to say? I LOVE a good strawberry recipe and these Simple Strawberry Dessert Bars certainly fit the bill!”- . Six Dollar Family

6. Caramel Crunch Blondies

“These Caramel Crunch Blondies are a great way to use up Halloween Candy…and they stay soft and chewy for days!”- . Crazy for Crust

7. Homemade Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies

“Although it’s been years since I’ve had a storebought Cosmic Brownie, I had a craving for them and decided to try my hand at a homemade version.”- . Averie Cooks

8. Recipe Revival : Seven-Layer Velvet-Crumb Bars

“Some people call them magic bars (probably because they are truly magical), but I like seven-layers bars. I mean, the bars are seven layers after all. When I started testing out recipes for the bars, I knew one thing for sure: I wanted to keep things simple and play up the velvet crumb cake’s star ingredients of vanilla extract, shredded coconut and nuts. ” – Betty Crocker

9. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Nutter Butter Bars

“If you don’t have Nutter Butter’s in your area, try a storebrand peanut butter-sandwich cookie or vanilla-sandwich cookies like Golden Oreos. You’ll miss out on some of the peanut butter flavor, but it’s better to substitute than miss out on the recipe.”- . Averie Cooks

10. S’mores Bars

“Summer may be nearly over but with these delicious s’mores bars you can have a taste of summer all year long! I know in the middle of the winter I’m totally going to be making these decadent bars. They taste just like a s’more but in more of a soft and chewy cookie bar form. They are over the top and melt in your mouth delicious!”- . Cooking Classy

“These Frosted Sugar Cookie Bars are a classic! Everyone should have a go-to soft, chewy and delicious sugar cookie bar recipe. This is definitely that recipe!”- . Life Love and Sugar

12. Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars

“I don’t know whether it’s the super hot and humid weather or the fact that school’s started around here, but I’m ready for all things fall. And that, of course, means pumpkin. I’m sorry, but I just couldn’t wait to open that first can of pumpkin puree! I’m doing better than last year. I barely made it through the middle of August before I was ready for fall!”- . A Kitchen Addiction

13. Loaded M&M Oreo Cookie Bars

“These bars came to be because I was preparing to move and in an effort to clean out my pantry, I started grabbing things that looked like they’d work together. Half-eaten package of Oreos. Check. A small bag of M&Ms that appear to have most of the reds and browns picked out. Check.”- . Averie Cooks

14. Mississippi Mud Pie Bars

“You see, this recipe for an intensely buttery, fudgy brownie that’s interlaced with chocolate chips, smothered with a layer of gooey, melty marshmallows, then smeared a layer of shiny fudge frosting is sized for two and, quite frankly, I want both servings.”- . Well Plated

15. Happy Birthday Cherry Cream Cheese Bars

“A few months ago she sent me a link / picture of a cherry bar that she wanted me to make. I tucked that idea away and decided that her birthday would be the perfect time to make it. Inspired by Charm

“No bake, no mess, no fuss. I had these cooling in the fridge less than 10 minutes after I started making them. I only dirtied one bowl. (I mean, I washed it once in between, but still.) Don’t keep them in your house, unless you want to end up with another Easter Candy situation. No, take them in to work, or send them to work with your husband. You will go from over-eater to HERO.”- . Rumbly Tumbly

18. Lemon Meringue Pie Bars {Shortbread Crust}

“Round pie is so overrated sometimes. Sometimes you just need a pie bar…something that’s no hassle to cut, share, and get out of the house before you shove it all in your face. Kind of like these Lemon Meringue Pie Bars. I turned lemon meringue pie into pie bars. Then I shoved meringue in my face, the end.”- . Crazy for Crust

19. No Bake White Chocolate Ritz Fluffernutter Bars

“These White Chocolate Ritz Fluffernutter Bars are sweet and salty perfection! They’re no bake and come together in a snap.”- . Confessions of a Cook Book Queen

20. Cookies and Cups Cinnamon Roll Cookie Bars

“I have a confession. I have never made homemade cinnamon rolls. Here’s my reasoning…I would rather sit and think about how to successfully stuff a cookie WITH a cinnamon roll than how to make the yeasty bits work in the dough.”- . Cookies and Cups

27. Sugar Cookie Seven Layer Bars
