A few months ago, I thought that Beaute Pacifique which used to have a counter at Robinson’s was no longer available but they’d moved to The Skinclub located at Menara Hap Seng and so in September, I was invited to meet my dear Danish friend, Beaute Pacifique trainer, Tilde at Beaute Pacifique’s new location and to discover more about their Submersive Serum Paradoxe which is a must-have skincare product for Crown Princess Mary of Denmark.
Beaute Pacifique Submersive Serum Paradoxe is based on new medical discoveries relating to a sophisticated Chilean Grape Seed Extract (GSPE). These grapes are grown at hill sides in the Andes mountain where the UV-radiation is very severe. During the evolution, these special grapes have adapted to the extreme UV-exposure and secured survival of the genes. The grapes have developed their own defense against free radicals built on high contents of the two active anti-oxidative substances, resveratrol and Procyanidin.
In Submersive Serum Paradoxe, Beaute Pacifique provides to human skin the same active ingredients as what gave survival of the fittest grapes, the action of the GPSE with resveratrol and Procyanidin is at the same time anti-aging and anti-inflammatory. Blended with Squalane, the serum goes “Submersive”.
The most ideal time to apply this serum is in the morning if you are applying a Beaute Pacifique moisturizer like Crème Paradoxe after it. It’s best to spray some toner on to the face before applying the serum for faster and more effective absorption. If you are using something as potent as Beaute Pacifique Crème Metamorphique Vitamin A Anti-Wrinkle Crème for evening, there is no need to apply Submersive Serum Paradoxe before it.
In the morning, 2 droplets of Submersive Serum Paradoxe under your moisturiser will suffice. I have been using this for the past 3 months and the bottle is half-full now (better than saying half-empty?). My skin feels much softer and smoother since using this light and fluid serum. Although it feels like an oil, it doesn’t have a sticky feeling. My moisturizer goes on much easier once Submersive Serum Paradoxe has been applied.
Beaute Pacifique Submersive Serum Paradoxe can be combined with liquid foundation for that subtle glow
A very good make-up tip from Tilde is to mix a drop of Submersive Serum Paradoxe together with liquid foundation. I did that and my skin glows – there’s no need to apply any base or primer to achieve that radiance. Just a drop of Submersive Serum Paradoxe and any foundation looks better on skin.
Thanks to Tilde for an unforgettable hour. Always a pleasure catching up with Tilde!
