A meme let loose by anti-Duterte Facebook pages alluding the pro-Duterte bloggers as Duterte’s puppets angers Atty. Rivera.
A text embedded in the meme reads, “Mga Taksil sa Katotohan” to describe the known pro-Duterte bloggers and social media influencers is written in bold text to grab the reader’s attention by the eyeball.
The furious Atty. Rivera argued that the real “traitors of the truth” are those who don’t fight on level terms and those hiding behind the skirt of their benefactor.
In the comment’s section, Atty. Rivera clarified that accusing the pro-Duterte bloggers of kissing Duterte’s ass to get a favor, for example, a government position is unfair because all of them except Mocha are successful in their own profession.
“Alam mo if you notice, lahat kami na andyan, walang position (except Mocha pero recently lang) kahit karamihan sa amin lawyers, doctors, masters degree, we never demanded any entitlement for supporting our President. In fact, all of us do not expect a thank you from the DDS at lalo na kay PRRD. Kasi you should not be thanked for your principles. So it pisses me off that they will fight this dirty.”
