Lightscale Labs is open for business!
After a year of hard work, a few setbacks, more than a few lucky breaks, and an incredible team coming together—we’re ready to a set a new standard for cannabis testing in Oregon.
We join a short list of labs in the state accredited to work with marijuana and other cannabis products, measuring THC & CBD concentration and (soon) detecting harmful pesticides and traces of residual solvents.
Oregon’s lab testing requirements for recreational marjuana are unique in the world; we are accredited and regularly audited under the same stringent rules as any other environmental lab, as well as adhering to all the requirements for licensed cannabis businesses.
Building this has been an incredible challenge, the biggest and best I’ve ever faced. We still have a long way to go, but our ambitions are big and we’re swinging for the fences. Over the coming months we’ll have a lot more to reveal about our process, technology, and some exciting upcoming features for clients.
