There is much on why we fear change.
There is a less well known fear though.
It doesn’t get much press.
Its funny. This fear exists even if change does not.
With change though it morphs from a monkey on our back into a gorilla.
This gorilla throws almost endless obstacles in our way as we labor to move change forward in our organizations.
Help is not far away though.
