SR-4 The Board approval is requested in order to accept the bid received from Mr. Gary Hazelwood
in connection with the advertisement for sale at auction, and thereby sell the surplus property
located at 904 West Drive, Westwego, Marrero, LA, a/k/a the Worley Custodial Cottage, to the
highest bidder.
SR-5 The Board approval is requested in order to declare the custodial cottage at Paul Solis Elementary surplus property, have an appraisal made, advertise the property for sale at public auction by sealed bid and have the property sold, all in accordance with the applicable State law.
SR-6 The Board approval is requested for the of settlement in the case of T. R. on behalf of his
minor child vs. Jefferson Parish School Board et als, in the 24th Judicial District Court.
SR-7 The Board approval is requested to accept a Donation for Improvements to the Softball Field,
Purchase Athletic Equipment and Rename the Field at Fisher High School
SR-8 The Board approval is requested for the entering into of a property management agreement
with Property One for its services in connection with the maintenance and leasing of the Paul
Emenes Building.
SR-9 The Board approval is requested for the authorization to acquire a title, if necessary, to the strip
of land situated between Metairie Academy and Metairie Road.
SR-10 The Board approval is requested for a one year renewal of Lexia Reading Core5 Web-Based
Instructional Resource for Grades PreK-5.
SR-11 The Board approval is requested for a one year adoption of ELL Digital literacy instructional
resource for Grades K – 12.
SR-12 The Board approval is requested for a one-year adoption of iReady web-based reading
