**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Investor Services ACCE businesses operate on a range of LoB supported applications together with common corporate systems in order to deliver products to high-profile corporate financial clients. The role of the Application Support Analyst is to ensure uninterrupted delivery of these systems to the business and to facilitate changes to these systems to enable the business to grow and expand into new markets. .

The on-going key responsibility of the Application Support Analyst will be to technically manage the Clearance & Collateral Management applications so that they provide the best in class technology to our business

The Production Support Analyst will be responsible for:-

1. Technical Support for P1 Incidents

* Provide technical support to vendor/offshore team on any P1 incident
* Responsible for technical approval of all emergency changes
* On-call overnight support
* Incident management and communication

2. Application Wellness

* Identify all application processing risk areas and provide remediation
* Develop procedures for measuring programme/functional efficiency

3. Application support including

* Client queries
* Handling client requests and fulfilment

4. Service Level management

* Service Meetings
* Incident reporting and analysis
* Problem Management

5. Capacity Management

6. Change management

7. Release and permit to operate

8. IT Operations Management

* SOD/EOD reporting
9. Daily/Weekly healthchecks

**Education and Experience-**

* Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Master''s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology a plus.
* Application Support/Development experience in a multiplatform, multi-location, 7 x 24 environment
* Understanding of Financial and Banking applications or related business experience
* Internet application experience
* Experience of working with out-sourced/vendor-based s/w development.
* Experience on global/multi-site projects including facilitation of meetings with remote participants
