As an **Applications Developer Lead**, you will plan, architect, design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document programming to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects on a team utilizing agile and lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Adheres to architecture standards, risk management and security policies, leading presentations in architecture review, strategic technology directions, best practice development (e.g., estimating models), mentoring less experienced team members, code reviews.

Qualifications

*Basic Qualifications*:

* 10+ years of highly technical work in large, complex enterprise environments

* 5+ years hands-on software development work experience in large-scale distributed technology projects
* 3+ years experience with PL/SQL

*Preferred Skills*:

* Bachelor or Master''s degree in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent with relevant experience
* Experience working in an Agile methodology environment
* Demonstrated track record in implementing custom, automated business intelligence solutions involving complex data sources and custom online presentation and reporting vehicles

* Deep understanding of, and passion for, SDLC processes and automated tools, spanning requirements/issue management, defect tracking, source control, build automation, test automation and release management

* Strong technical and leadership skills to mentor, guide and coach a group of talented, passionate staff

* Experience in leading and partnering with high performing , diverse technical teams across line of business
