As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling credit card processing products and services to new and current businesses via telephone contact. The Product Sales Specialist is held accountable for meeting monthly and annual sales goals. Some key components of this role include: Selling new merchant processing services to new and existing businesses via telephone (inbound and outbound). Communicating with a variety of decision-makers (Small to mid-size business owners, CEO''s, etc.) to evaluate needs and propose solutions.
Responsibilities Include:
* Remaining knowledgeable of company''s products to facilitate sales efforts
* Maintaining electronic sales records, entering customer contracts, and other sales administrative duties as required
* Providing follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction after the sale and responding to any issues as needed

Qualifications
*Required Skills:*
* A minimum of one year sales experience or minimum two years working experience in a variety of industries
* Possess excellent verbal communication skills, specifically over the telephone
* Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of data integrity with minimal input errors
* Hard work ethic, willing to work 8 to 5 M-F from home office to meet expected goals
* Proven experience working with new and existing customers to resolve process or account issues that may arise
*Desired Skills and Education:*
* Bi-lingual candidates including Hindi
* BA/BS or AA/AS degree
* Actual merchant payment solutions sales experience on phone or B2B (Business to Business)
